Embarking on a journey of self-improvement and self-discovery involves more than just addressing individual aspects of well-being. In fact there are four different dimensions of healing, and the more you can integrate all four, the more holistic and complete your healing will be.
In fact, to achieve true healing, it's essential to recognize the interconnectedness of all four dimensions of healing.
In this blog post, we'll delve into the significance of each dimension and explore how they collectively contribute to a holistic and transformative healing experience.
The Four Dimensions of a Successful Healing Journey
Let's go through each one, why they are needed, and how they are interweave together.
1. PHYSICAL HEALING
The foundation of any healing journey begins with physical well-being.
This dimension includes:
Exercise
Diet
Sleep
Going in Nature
Alchemy Breathwork
A healthy body provides the necessary support for the mind and emotions to thrive.
Engaging in regular exercise, maintaining a balanced diet, and ensuring adequate sleep are fundamental aspects of physical healing.
Exercise, whether it's strength training or cardiovascular activities, not only strengthens the body but also releases endorphins, contributing to mental well-being.
Getting out in nature is a MUST. Nature is SO healing on all the levels we are going to talk about today, but first you have to physically get out there…
The earth emits a frequency that is healing and that if we are out there, especially barefoot, we can calibrate to it for our own healing.
☀️ Sunlight allows us to take in healing codes, it also helps us sleep at night. It's not about extremes but creating sustainable habits that support your overall well-being.
Imagine your body as a garden... For it to bloom, it needs proper soil and sunlight. And this isn't just about weight loss; it's about vitality, strength, and resilience.
The most important part of this healing pillar is to listen to what your body needs and provide it.
This can include:
Knowing what foods your body reacts to in positive and negative ways.
Finding an exercise routine that resonates with you and knowing this could change weekly or even daily.
Feeling into if your body needs extra sleep.

2. EMOTIONAL HEALING
Emotional healing is a transformative process that involves acknowledging and expressing feelings.
Embracing emotions, both positive and negative, allows for authentic self-expression.
Our emotions are like colors on a palette, painting the canvas of our lives.🌈Suppressing them or letting them run wild can disrupt the masterpiece.
Emotional healing is about:
Acknowledging
Processing, and
Releasing
This ensures nothing gets stuck! Emotions are produced in the body and if we are not listening to them and releasing, then they get stuck in our body… and that’s what creates imbalance and disease.
Modalities to assist with emotional healing
There are SO many modalities for this, and We are going to be eventually diving DEEP into each of these but for now, if you want to get started some things you can do is:
Space: Give yourself quiet space to actually feel your emotions
Journalling: Writing about thoughts and feelings can be a therapeutic practice, providing clarity and a release valve for emotions.
Therapy: Sessions with a therapist can provide a safe space for exploring and processing emotions.
Mindfulness Meditation: Practices that focus on the present moment, such as mindfulness meditation, help individuals observe and accept their emotions without judgment.
Loving-Kindness Meditation: A form of meditation that cultivates feelings of compassion and love towards oneself and others.
Art Therapy: Using various art forms to express and explore emotions, promoting self-discovery and healing.
Music Therapy: Engaging with music to facilitate emotional expression and processing.
Peer Support: Sharing experiences with others who have faced similar challenges can provide a sense of community and validation.
Emotional well-being acts as a bridge, connecting the physical and mental dimensions of healing, creating a more integrated and balanced self.
3. MENTAL HEALING
Now, let's dive into Mental Healing. 🧠 Our thoughts are powerful architects of our reality. Have you ever noticed how negative thoughts can manifest physically?
Mental healing involves rewiring those neural pathways, cultivating positivity, and embracing a growth mindset.
Mental Healing:
Supports our emotional healing
Helps us release anger that has been brewing in us
Helps with self-forgiveness and forgiving others, and
Clears the mind so we can focus on what matters to us
Modalities to assist with mental and mindset healing
Gratitude Practices: Cultivating gratitude by focusing on positive aspects of life to shift mindset and improve overall well-being.
Strengths-Based Approaches: Identifying and leveraging personal strengths to build a positive mindset.

and how they interweave together because they do. And for me personally, and for most of my

Number one is physical healing. This is about nourishing your body with the right fuel and movement. Movement is essential. So imagine
00:06:05,280 a garden, you know, your body is a garden to bloom. It needs proper soil. It needs proper sunlight. Similarly, your body thrives with balanced nutrition and exercise. And this just isn't about weight loss. It's about
vitality, strength, resilience, sleep is a big part of this.

second, then we get up. We're rushing around. We're stuffing food

We put kids to bed and then we sit in front of the TV. That does not, that is not space, you know, because it is a way of just numbing out. We need to

Our thoughts are powerful architects of our reality. And if you've ever noticed how negative thoughts can manifest physically, you know, there,

won't mention, but I fully believe that their situation is made worse
because they are only looking at the negative and feeling that life is just
steamrolling them instead of taking in that lesson and looking for
00:09:44,000 the little glimmers of positivity. Mental healing literally physically rewires our neural pathways and it helps cultivate possibility and positivity and if we embrace a growth mindset, everything else follows behind that. It also supports our emotional healing. It helps us release
00:10:08,000 anger that's been brewing in us or other emotions and it helps with self-forgiveness and forgiving others. It clears the mind so we can focus on what matters to us. A great example of what I been taught by my
mentor is, you know, if you're going in for brain surgery, do you want the surgeon
00:10:27,840 to be thinking about a fight that he had with his or her spouse the night before or do you want his brain and mind clear and focused to work on you? The same goes with you. Do you want a clear mind when you are going in and running your business or going into your work or interacting with your
00:10:48,000 partner and your children? You know, that stuff really matters. My favorite modality here is RRT Rapid Resolution Therapy. This is a healing that I have healed myself with. I also use in my healing sessions with my clients. It is fast, it is life changing. We'll have a whole topic about that
00:11:08,800 in an episode but look into it. It is incredible if you are looking to rewire your mind. Affirmations are great. I don't fully love them unless they're hidden under subliminals because it can bypass your logical mind.
Mindfulness practices are really good. Just challenging your limiting
00:11:27,760 beliefs can be really potent tools in this area and it's about staying curious about your thoughts without judgment. And when you can do that, you can change your thoughts. When you can change your
thoughts, you can literally change your life. So the fourth one, last but not least, energetic healing.

magnetizing something to you. Are you magnetizing the not so great stuff or are you magnetizing

Intuition has been the number one driver in my personal healing journey. I am dead set and will die on the hill that everybody should focus

really disconnected us from our intuition. Connect that and you're off to a great start.

supports and enhances the others. And if one is off, the restaurant. If your

And for me personally, all this has changed my healing of all the things that I talked about before, my relationship, how I interact with my

way instead of reacting and overreacting. And I've from these four pillars,
